How do we continue our work when the ground beneath us is shifting politically, financially, institutionally, emotionally, and ecologically?

This community event is an open invitation to connect, reflect, and share across contexts and experiences. Whether you’re navigating funding cuts, institutional pressure, burnout, isolation, or simply trying to sustain meaningful work in an uncertain world – know that you’re not alone.

We’ll hold space together to name the real challenges and also make room for the regenerative possibilities already pulsing in the complexity. This will be a gently yet intentionally facilitated space for honest conversation, mutual learning, and connection for anyone seeking community in this work.

Come as you are. Bring your questions, tensions, stories, insights and hopes. Together, we’ll reflect on what’s needed, what’s possible, and how we can hold these shifts with care, relational courage, and imagination.
